The AEP Transmission Training Center serves electrical utilities and contractors by training personnel to work safely and effectively on transmission equipment.

The AEP Transmission Training Center provides instruction for transmission line mechanics, substation electricians, and protection and control technicians.

Our Instructors

All trainers at the AEP Transmission Training Center are experienced professionals with a comprehensive knowledge in various power system applications and training. Each training class includes an experienced subject matter expert, adding valuable field knowledge to the learning experience.
